Kaikoura Coast Track is a private self-guided two-day hike along the long sweeping coastline, through forest-filled gullies and over rolling farmland. Self-sufficient walkers will pass over mountain tops to gain views of the rugged Seaward Kaikoura Range, which rises out of the Pacific Ocean.
